Update Zero to Hero with new Minio Setup

The minio chart in use is deprecated going forward for a new setup and charts location

Moved to use new Helm chart's for minio - install standalone instance.

Install Pac-Man instance from Helm chart, as standalone YAML file was still using PSP that caused error outputs with K8s 1.26 and higher.

Added some cleanup around running helm update too, incase users have the charts added already.

Tested on Mac OS X 12.6.7 - Intel - Minikube version: v1.30.1
