Solved with the Linux 6.1 upgrade applied with DietPi v8.21. At least on NanoPi R4S, overclocking works now well with these overlays 🙂.

This approach is obsolete since `mkdocs-material`'s tabs do not contain scroll buttons OOTB.

Closing this. We can reopen once someone can verify compatibility with the R2S image and we declared it so on DietPi end, or we generated a dedicated image.
