ROM stuck at the Samsung logo (not boot)

Hi, I tried many times to resolve the issue of booting, because when I flashed and rebooted they didn't boot. It's stuck at the Samsung logo. I have already resolve conflicts. Moreover I didn't edit the patchbooting.sh (I take it from the angler folder). However in boot.img-cmdline I have SElinux in permissive. Also I edit the ramdisk file but same issue. Any ideas ?

manuelly patch bootimage

also the bootimage pulled via adb dosent work for me

so back up bootimage using twrp or cwm then use it
