preloaded-classes & signing

is the preloaded-classes in framework.jar needed? Because the patchrom ignore it. And why no signing for the modded jars.

oh, Thanks, the preloaded-classes in framework.jar needed. We will fix this.

And the jar doesn't need to sign.
