Describe the feature
When AutoTotem is set to strict, and AutoMend is set to force, make AutoMend take priority or give it an option to do so. Without one of them taking priority, they will rapidly fight over which one is held in the off-hand, and it results in being kicked from the server

the point of strict is to take priority over everything else. if you need to use the offhand for something else, don't use strict (if anything, strict mode should prevent other modules from even trying to put anything into the offhand)
