Wind Charge option for Middle Click Extra module

Add wind charge usage option for "Middle Click Extra" module along with rockets, egaps, pearls etc.

[x] This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)
[x] This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

Rockets, egaps and pearls are in the module

@DrParanoya By saying "along with" and recounting the options, I meant "along near with already existing options, which include/such as ...".

Sorry I didn't clarify that and made myself too ambiguous.
