Added Pearl Phase module

Description
Adds a new module Pearl Phase.
Pearl phase works by throwing a pearl at a block while right up against it. It will clip the player into those blocks.
This module also has a bypass for particular servers where pearls cannot be thrown at blocks within interaction range.

How Has This Been Tested?
Demonstration of the module on Oldfag.org. The bypass is necessary for this server and so it is enabled.

The module was also tested on Constantiam, which also requires the bypass.
