[Suggestion] scroll bar

Describe the feature

Can you add scroll bar to meteor menus & modules?

hes talking about a bar that you use your cursor on to scroll up/down tabs and menus. I suppose this feature would be good for people with broken mouses who dont have a scroll wheel...

I just looked and there is already a scroll bar for longer module settings menu tabs. So this is somewhat resolved. There isn't a scroll bar for the module lists though.
