[Enhancement] Auto Tool: switch to hand and custom tool

Describe the feature

When using Auto Tool, switch to no-durability slot for blocks that can be break instantly. If nothing can boost mining speed, switch to no-durability slot too.

For example, don't use axe for sugar cane.

Add an option to use shears for leaves.
