[Suggestion] Improve Waypoints Command

Describe the feature

Allow waypoints to be added using the .waypoint command, for example:

.waypoint add Example 0 0 0

Would be useful for instances like finding structures on chunkbase or travelling to other people, where you aren't looking to create a permanent waypoint and just need to make a quick one to fly or travek towards.
