Describe the bug

Infinity miner doesn't pause when auto eat eats food(instead it drops fps to approx 0)..Disabling infinity miner increases back the fps...Baritone is synced to Auto eat module...But not infinity Miner

Steps to reproduce

1.Turn on auto eat and infinity miner
2.Let hunger reach threshold
3.FPS becomes 0 and CPU usage to max
