compile error on unity 5.3.5f1 and other issues...

I get this error after trying to open your project.

Assets/Scripts/Generated/ProtocolBuffers.Serializer.cs(270,1): error CS8025: Parsing error

After opening your project, I saw nothing in your project. Maybe something messed up after upgrading. Any fix for that?
