Display the configured network

Issue: Some people tried to use https://faucet.metamask.io/ as indicated in https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015489611-Learn-the-basics-of-Blockchain-and-Ethereum-Miners-gas-tokens-block-explorer-networks-etc- and did not realise it was sending to Ropsten only.

Suggestion: Display the network name on the faucet page using the configured env.
