Allow creation of custom themes for the display of a player's profile

What would you like to be added?

I'd like to be able to specify a Chakra theme for the display of the player's profile details.

This requires both the storage of said theme, likely in Ceramic, and the revision of the components to make them more themable (#1157).

Why is this needed?

This would allow us to provide custom backgrounds in a flexible way.

Also, I think it could well provide a cleaner, simpler, and less error prone mechanism for making the details sections configurable.

Finally, it is a step toward allowing overarching theming, so that DAOs can customize the look of the site for their organizations.
