Implemented better LLM tracking and function monitoring using AgentOps.

@sarath59 Thanks for your contribution.

There seems to be lot of changes in the file. Can you please review and add only what is required? https://github.com/MervinPraison/PraisonAI/pull/119/files

Also please consider for people who are not intented to use agentops. So Agentops should be an optional feature.

@sarath59 Thanks for your contribution. AgentOps already integrated in regards to CrewAI . You should be able to test it.

So closing this for now, but if you want any fixes in that please raise a ticket again.
