If it doesn't work, download v1.9.0, run it. If it can run, run v1.11.0, it will work.

This is a temporary solution until someone can test for me if the patch I posted above works or not.

Thank you. We have updated the download page with a new note that this version won't work for new users and need to run with old version first. We will continue to investigate the issue and will update the file once we have a solution.
