Update rwToT_LoT_functions.py
previous code will return true only when all the switch maintenenance drugs in the cases_maintenance.csv are in the regimen of the current line
change the code to return trun when the drugs in the regime are in the list of switch maintenenance drugs
Unfortunately I am no longer at Merck and I can't actually complete the merge. Let me talk to a former colleague to close the loop here.
I am OK with these changes, but only an active Merck employee can complete the pull request. I am still getting someone there to get this done.
