Default worker names for in the same host do not sort

The default worker names coalition gives are of the form 'hostname-n', where n 
is an integer. When there are more than 9 workers running on a host, the single 
digit number does not sort nicely anymore. 

The attached patch writes the number in worker name with two digits.
