Highlight search results with arrow keys; enter to select

When I type in the search result window -- I expect to be able to hit the 'down' arrow key to select search results.

Unsure what to do after that, though. The item gets selected... but then what? Does enter key automatically add it to the stream? Or what? Should left/right arrow keys be able to toggle over to the other window?
