Cannot install any package

The base docker image seems to lack archlinuxarm-keyring. Can't import any PGP keys or install any package, including the keyring.

After looking at the Dockerfile, I concluded that it must be somehow broken for amd64

I second this, also having issues installing on aarch64.

+1 @badlydrawnface - seems like something has broken with the signing of packages since the August 2023 build (which still works); recent builds result in "marginal trust" issues for all packages
