[1.12] Freeze during world gen when JER and AoA are present.

Game freezes every time during world gen when there are Locks, JustEnoughResources and Advent of Ascension mods installed. Removing any of them removes bug, so for example Locks + JER works and Locks + AoA works but all three together not, also JER + AoA without Locks works.

JustEnoughItems without JER always works well.

Crash-reports always says it's Ticking player error.
