Tooltip Window

When getting a second weapon, the change weapons window pops up, and it keeps popping up. And it keeps popping up forever. If you pause in between the one frame of a chance you have, it only stops if you drop the weapon. Even reloading or changing weapons doesn't work. And I think its the same for every tooltip.

I fixed this by just making a new game, it seems the file I was using got corrupted by a different mod that I had disabled.
