dpx.rawcooked.reversibility data file in DPX stream, fixity errors

Hi Jérôme,

As requested posting an issue for dpx.rawcooked.reversibility data files that I've found in DPX folders following accidentally attempting to start a RAWcooked command with the first DPX file in a folder sequence. This occurs as a result of having a scan directory open when using first DPX to generate framedmd5 txt file.

This isn't a problem in itself, as the directory will cook with this file in the stream, but it will trip up a fixity check when demuxed as this reversibility file doesn't regenerate in the new folder.
