Releases

Hi,

I can see some releases versions in the git branch names and in https://sourceforge.net/projects/pythonqt/files/pythonqt/ ; but https://github.com/MeVisLab/pythonqt/releases is empty.

Could you add the git tags for the existing versions ? And / or consider making a new one, as it looks like 3.2 is 3 years old, and many things have been updated since, especially support of new versions of Python & Qt.
