Banning of a user does not update followers count of their followed users

Describe the bug When user A follows user B (in this case on the both same instance) and user A gets banned by the admin, then the followers count of user B in the profile info will stay the same; but in the tab-bar of the user overview, the tab Followers (<count>) will display the correct amount (so decremented by 1).
