'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xff in position 14: invalid start byte

Hi. I get issue if ping from server to client. I'm getting an error like the one in the title, how do I fix it? I'm using 1 server and 2 clients, and I'm getting an error like the title when I have 2 clients.
