I said it wrong, I'm trying to connect myself, how do I release my access?

You have to set the IP and the Port to the IP and Port that the server is using, like localhost or 127.0.0.1

You would have to set it to your private IP insted of 127.0.0.1 or localhost, that should help. Thats at least what I did.
