EditSettings.bat not working

So it's just saying that my system can't find file with name "EditSettings.bat", and because i don't have license version of Rocksmith i can't use this launcher. It opens Steam every time.

Просто запусти ехе с ключом -set https://www.google.com/search?q=запуск+exe+с+ключом
