[suggestion] Replace miio protocol support with homebridge-miot implementation

May be this miio protocol implementation can be used to get better and sooner support for new Xiaomi devices in Homey.

homebridge-miot is a plugin for homebridge which allows you to control any device supporting the miot protocol from Xiaomi! More devices will be added over time.
