No CollisionFidelity support

It would be great to add collision fidelity support, i had to edit code to add collision fidelity myself, cause it was important part for me.

And also i found out new issue, i'm not going to create new issue cause i'm not sure if that's issue been fixed in new versions of Roblox-File-Format, but the issue, that new meshes created with Roblox-File-Format, are glitched, mesh size is messed up.
