Deep linking
Deep linking with #anchor tags is not working. Currently the links to markdown files is implemented with anchor tags, to support deep linking we would need to parse the markdown headings and come up with a convention to link to it.
Work items is already available. This is linking inside of the pdf.

Do you mean linking to work items? or is this something else?
