No page margins / paper size options

This is a feature request, as it appears that there is no page size or margin options, which presents visually ugly PDF documents, and is problematic for mass printing / presentation on same devices.

The output ends up looking like this:

It would be great if we could specify paper size and margins, as that would solve these issues.

I had the same concerns. I even added margins to the css body/html tag: margin: 1cm 1cm 1cm 1cm.... But then I stumbled upon the header and footer template and now I generate the pdf with:

--header-template "<p></p>" --footer-template "<p></p>"

and the pages look good. No need to put something in the css in my case.
