Check the validity of the blob - iPad4,4 - iOS 9.3.5

Hello, I was able to dump the SHSH blob of my iPad mini 2 (Wi-Fi) on iOS 9.3.5 jailbroken and the tool worked.

But how do I make sure the blob is correct ? TSS web page does not work for iOS 9 and img4tool gave me this :

[IMG4TOOL] APTicket is BAD! [IMG4TOOL] SHSH2 contains generator 0x9e2c37de540ce58d which is GOOD for nonce in IM4M!
