An issue with rsync

Divise fails with an issue with rsync and this has caused me to have to reset my phone in iTunes several times as it never works. This is what my phone shows. IMG_CAF619A7029D-1

The phone is an iPhone 5S running iOS 12.5.2 and I am trying to tethered downgrade to 11.4.1 as it is SEP compatible.
