Issues Unable to open application

hi i did everything see below and still can't open the app. Thank you

I have Mojave 10.14.0

No such file: Path/To/CheckNonceGUI.app sudo open Path/To/CheckNonceGUI.app/Contents/MacOS/CheckNonceGUI

If the app gives an error about being damaged please run - xattr -cr Path/To/CheckNonceGUI.app

And try again.

If the app doesn't run at all, try opening a terminal window and running - sudo open Path/To/CheckNonceGUI.app/Contents/MacOS/CheckNonceGUI
