开启私人DNS且开启中国域名中国IP时无法连接到代理
描述问题
预期行为： 1、Android 14，NekoBox版本v1.2.9 play，使用hysteria2的代理服务器，在系统设置中开启私人DNS并使用阿里的DNS。 2、在nb4a的路由中开启中国域名以及中国IP。 3、在浏览器中能正常访问国内IP及域名，但是所有需要过代理的IP和域名都无法打开。 4、在关闭私人DNS之后，中国域名及中国IP规则能正常生效，且代理连接也恢复正常。 5、查看hysteria2的服务端日志，似乎是能收到连接请求，但是会有i/o timeout类似的报错。
