cant install dotnet48

Describe the bug Whenever attempting to install dotnet48 it will open the installer and then fail with a message saying installation failed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open protontricks flatpak
2. Select game (in my case sonic generations)
3. Select default prefix
4. Select install windows dll or component
5. install dotnet48

Expected behavior Dotnet48 installs sucessfully

System (please complete the following information):

• Distro: steamos 4.8.11
• Protontricks installation method: flatpak
• Protontricks version: 1.10.5
• Steam version: stable

Additional context Strangely if i run the offline installer for dotnet48 from microsoft's website through wine it works without a hitch so i'm inclined to believe this is a protontricks issue

.NET 4 has had spotty support starting with Wine/Proton 5 and newer.

You could try deleting the prefix (you can do this with the Protontricks Flatpak) and trying again with a different Proton version; in #157 the user who reported the issue was able to install it using Proton Experimental instead.
