Is the purpose here to create a json-ld snippet, like what's presented at https://book.oceaninfohub.org/thematics/variables/index.html, but for fish EOVs? If I wanted to contribute to this, what am I to do?

@mwengren FYI, I went ahead and registered the IOOS Data Catalog in ODISCat https://catalogue.odis.org/view/3308. It doesn't look like the sitemap is being read, but I wanted to see how broken...
