[BUG] Clicking away from 'Connected' Dialog prevents Disconnect button

After successfully connecting to a node, a dialog box shows the status of "Connected" with the ability to click "OK". Unfortunately, if a user clicks anywhere else the dialog disappears and the "Disconnect" button does not appear preventing a user from being able to disconnect.

Solution: Once connection is established, change to the disconnect button then show the dialog.
