Describe the bug "Add Widget" button hides behind "Floating Dock"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Install HalFiPad - https://moreinfo.thebigboss.org/moreinfo/depiction.php?file=halfipadDp (probably the same problem exist with other tweaks that enable "Floating Dock" on device, maybe also on iPads?)
2. in HalFiPad settings turn on "Floating Dock"
3. Turn on Homescreen in Xen HTML settings
4. go to springboard and turn on "Edit Home Screen"
5. you'll notice that "Add Widget" button is on bottom of springboard, behind "Floating Dock"

Expected behaviour Add option to position "Add Widget" button in different place or detect presence of "Floating Dock" and position set its position accordingly (please note that height of "Floating Dock" is fluid and changes based on number of items in dock).
