Register Apple Watch button doesn't provide visual feedback

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I recently installed watch app faces and when I went to go to register my Apple Watch in ReProvision, I clicked the button (on an ios12.1.1 beta 3 iPhone 8) and nothing happened. How is that button supposed to work?

That button likely worked fine - I don't think I added any visual feedback for it.
