Quick Dial opens instead of link clicked from outside firefox

hi, thanks for your sleek add-on!

When you click a link from outside firefox (from a spreadsheet for example) and firefox is not open right now, then instead of firefox opening and going to that link, it opens up Quick Dial instead and not the link. However if Firefox is already open and an external link is clicked, then it goes to the link as intended.

I have tried disabling Quick Dial and it worked as intended then as well, so it seems to be something in the add-on.
