wget: not installed

I'm having trouble installing on a fresh arch installation from the latest boot medium (having used archfi previously). it seems arch does not package wget in with the base system

it uses wget to fetch any dependencies, which again isnt included in the base arch install. maybe rewriting to use curl will solve this
