add ChemSpider IDs with new API on MassBank-data side

With new API and token rules, it will be easier to add ChemSpider IDs to new records on the MassBank-data side rather than via RMassBank. Posting this as a result of discussions on https://github.com/MassBank/RMassBank/issues/192

I have now code in place to add chemspider ids on MassBank side. If I will get a token I can process the whole MassBank and add the IDs.
