[Enhancement] apply SwipSwapMe patch to Wii U Pro Controller

Basically extend SwipSwapMe function to the the Wii U Pro Controller, it would be pretty useful in Xenoblade Chronicles X, as under normal gameplay it doesn't allow display the game map on TV (only on gamepad).
