Add dbRetention configuration in Helm Chart

Today that is not possible to do, right?

It would be nice to be able to set these settings in the helm chart values

I am using helm chart and I don't know how configure dbRetention, it's not clear.

@andreyolv, DB retention is not configurable via the Helm chart, but it really should be. I've tagged this feature in release 0.44.0. Would you be interested in contributing the change?
