As I recall my Micromake D1 came with the MKS Gen-L board as the standard.
I don't see how the NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET for Z can be +22.
The nozzle is the probe on my particular MicroMake D1, and it only deflects by a very small distance, +0.2.
I'll compare your settings to my personal D1 configurations and we'll see what values make the most sense.
Apparently mine was last configured as "RAMPS" though I think the board was the basic MKS Gen. I'll dig through the archives and see what corrections I might need to make to the stock config, and we can contrast yours and mine to see how the geometry and features compare.

@william-aqn — My geometry numbers are a bit different from yours, with some of these differences being pretty important, such as the number of steps-per-mm. Please do a comparison to see what the appropriate geometry must be. It's possible this machine is using some varying components. I can post a few detail photos of this delta to see if there is a consistent BOM and figure out what all the appropriate geometry values should be.
@thinkyhead I am very glad that you have micromake! because my the board broke, I literally selected the geometry and other parameters so that the printer would start working somehow) Please suggest your parameters, I will try to apply them to myself
