Build and run AutotuneWeb in Docker

Hey there,

Nice project, decided I wasn't keen on opening up the self hosted instance of Nightscout I run at home in Docker to the whole web. So I figured out how to build and run your app in Docker instead.

This PR appears to work, well at least locally for me.
