Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It seems like RepoSense site is already generated by MarkBind v4.0.2, but their main.css doesn't seem to contain the latest changes as described in our release note. This could be overlooked as it required manual updates.

If possible, let's help update their sites to the latest stylesheets

Also good to think about #1961 and how to improve such an update process

Reposense does not pin the MarkBind version in their GitHub actions, hence they are already on V5. We should take a look and see if any migration effort is necessary to help them migrate to v5 properly.
