QuickLooked file on network share cannot be deleted

I noticed an issue with files being locked by QLVideo, reproduce as follows:

  1. Connect to AFP share.
  2. QuickLook a mp3 file (not a mkv!) then exit QuickLook
  3. Attempt to delete the file.
  4. Finder reports file is in-use and cannot be deleted.

Uninstalling QLVideo and re-trying these steps does not result in Finder reporting the error.

QLVideo cask 1.94 macOS 11.2.3 AFP share is on a Synology 218+ running DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 3
